Copperfin had embarked on the journey of a comprehensive corporate rebranding. Under this new service paradigm, they were transitioning from the client-bank teller interaction model to a more advisory and consultative client experience. This transformation aimed to cultivate enduring relationships founded on principles of value delivery and unwavering trust.
