Project Goal:

Maelyn shared her vision with Open Mind Interiors to transform the vacant Eaton's Building into Goods & Co. Market, a vibrant marketplace for local artisans, vendors, and food enthusiasts.

Challenges:

The project aimed to revitalize downtown Thunder Bay by repurposing the vacant Eaton's Building into a bustling marketplace. Key challenges included ensuring the successful integration of vendor booths within the main floor space using glass Altos walls.

Achievements:

Through collaboration with Maelyn, Open Mind Interiors utilized multiple layouts, 3D renderings, and an animation video to bring her vision to life. The result was the creation of Goods & Co. Market, a dynamic destination that not only fulfilled Maelyn's vision but also transformed downtown Thunder Bay into a vibrant hub for shopping and socializing.
