Ring of Fire Metals

February 2023

Project Goal:

Open Mind Interiors collaborated with Ryan from Ring for Fire Metals (now Wyloo) to design their new office space in a bare warehouse unit.

Challenges:

The project involved transforming a bare warehouse into a functional office space that maximized natural light and highlighted the company's branding and core values.

Achievements:

Through extensive brainstorming sessions and collaboration with the OMi design team, a plan was developed that emphasized the warehouse's big windows and abundant natural light. The design incorporated dedicated engineering stations, touch-down desks for visiting staff, meeting areas, and collaboration spaces. Notably, the library showcased the company's core sample collection and artwork, while the open lunchroom provided a relaxing space for breaks and informal meetings. Open Mind Interiors carefully selected paint colors, furniture finishes, and flooring details to align with Ring for Fire Metals' updated branding, including the incorporation of an orange ring motif in the lounge area. The result was a space tailored to fit the client's needs and reflect their unique identity.

Products:
