Project Goal:

The aim was to establish a centrally located business hub providing private office spaces for small businesses and entrepreneurs. To ensure the success of the shared office concept, the space required a modern ambiance, striking a balance between open areas and enclosed spaces for private offices, as well as shared meeting and lounge areas.
