INSTALLATION CHANGES: Any scope changes must be approved by the client’s lead project contact. Changes requiring additional time or materials will be quoted and require client authorization. A walkthrough will be conducted within 5 business days to identify and address any deficiencies. Final sign-off will be required for invoicing and deficiency resolution. By submitting, you confirm you’ve reviewed this checklist and are committed to preparing your site for the confirmed installation date.
