Project Goals

Red River Holdings, a family-owned and operated company led by the Provenzano family, has built a strong and growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties, with plans to expand into property development. As part of this growth, the company recently acquired the commercial building at 920 Tungsten Street, choosing it as the new headquarters for their operations.

The new office space is designed to be both functional and inviting, featuring ample natural light and an elevated aesthetic. This central location serves as a convenient hub where tenants can submit applications, pick up keys, and manage payments with ease.

To meet a tight construction timeline while maintaining future flexibility, Open Mind Interiors utilized a demountable wall system, allowing for seamless modifications down the road. The upgraded boardroom is now spacious enough to accommodate board meetings, team lunches, and gatherings, providing a versatile and welcoming space for collaboration.
